A new menswear shop has opened in Potts Point called “LOCALE.” It focuses on the needs of locals. Its range includes smart menswear and unisex fashion items as well a lifestyle

accoutrements such as bed linen, bodywash, fragrances, aromatic candles – even artwork.

The store exudes a boutique charisma with its warm, clean-surfaced décor, fresh flowers, wooden shelves and cabinetry, spot lighting and uber-friendly staff.

Its local owners want to add something more into this vibrant area.

They say “It has been such a wonderful and positive experience opening a business here. We’ve already had so much support from other local businesses and the local community who love the store. We are so grateful to live and have a business in such a brilliant part of Sydney.”

It already feels part of the community, as though its been here for years, an aim which is high on the owners’ list of achievements.

LOCALE offers a large range of unisex fashion, focusing on Australian labels including Bassike, Jac & Jack, Academy Brand, Nudie, By Johnny, Barney Cools as well as home and lifestyle brands such as Mihan Aromatics, Australian skincare, Grown Alchemist, Cultiver Bed Linen, Blackblaze candles, and artwork from local artists.

“Men and women both want to feel good and look good in what they are wearing,” say the  owners, adding “there’s also some great Merino wool knitwear arriving soon that is perfect for the cooler months ahead.”

They love what we do and feel lucky and thankful to be able to enjoy the warmth and friendliness from meeting and chatting with locals. They say it’s great to own a business in Potts Point.
