- Burst hot water service
- Broken or blocked toilet (if a second toilet is not available)
- Serious roof leak
- Gas leak
- Dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious water damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- Failure or breakdown of any essential service provided by your landlord or agent such as Hot Water Service.
- Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
- Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
- Burst Pipe
