In the case of an immediate Emergency the below numbers can be contacted after hours.

What is considered an Emergency repair?

• Burst hot water service
• Broken or blocked toilet (if a second toilet is not available)
• Serious roof leak
• Gas leak
• Dangerous electrical fault
• Flooding or serious water damage
• Serious storm or fire damage
• Failure or breakdown of any essential service provided by your landlord or agent such as Hot Water Service.
• Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
• Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
• Burst Pipe

If after hours access is required due to a lock out or lost keys , please contact the above locksmiths. Please note that after hours access will be at the cost of the occupant and not the owner/agent.
